OB Photography — Client Gallery Terms

This is a gallery-focused summary of the full OB Photography Terms & Conditions. Please read these alongside your booking confirmation, package and any individual photography contract. A specific written contract takes precedence where it directly conflicts with the general terms. This summary does not change the agreed terms of an existing booking.

Downloads and backups

Your package or written agreement sets out the photographs and download rights included. Download and safely back up your photographs before any gallery expiry date communicated to you. Galleries are not permanent cloud storage, and permanent storage is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed. RAW and unfinished files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Copyright remains with Anthony O’Brien / OB Photography unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive a licence for normal personal use of delivered photographs, including personal prints, sharing with friends and family, and personal social-media posts. Receiving photographs does not transfer copyright.

Commercial, advertising, editorial, resale or third-party business use requires permission where an additional licence is needed. Please contact me before supplying images to venues, suppliers or publications for those uses. Do not deliberately remove watermarks or copyright notices from previews. Reasonable cropping for personal social media is allowed, but heavy filters or material alterations should not misrepresent the finished work.

Privacy and image permissions

Please handle private gallery links, passwords and photographs of other people with care. Receiving or viewing a gallery does not automatically give OB Photography permission to use identifiable photographs for advertising or portfolio purposes; any required permission is requested separately. For download problems, licensing requests or complaints, email anthony@obphotography.uk. Nothing in this summary limits your statutory consumer rights. Booking, payment, cancellation and other service terms are set out in the full Terms & Conditions and your individual booking documents.
